Holiday Inn Spokane Airport, an IHG Hotel

Entire staff was friendly throughout our stay. Our room was clean & comfortable. We were on the 1st floor & it was surprisingly quiet. We stayed here as we were in town for a sports tournament. They opened up a conference room as an additional breakfast space to accommodate those there for the tournament. I thought this was thoughtful for both the teams and the other guests not there for the tournament, as they were able to comfortably use the usual breakfast area. We were able to use the pool. & they also had coffee & tea available all day long which we took advantage of. The location felt a little remote (which I don’t mind), but was centrally located for our needs & close to downtown. There was also TONS of parking, which was great. I’ve found parking to be a struggle elsewhere when traveling for tournaments. Would book here again if I’m ever back in the area.

We had an issue with our booking through Booking.com. It was frustrating after traveling 7 hours in a car with my mother who was tired and hungry. They quickly accommodated us - found a double queen room and got us in ASAP and said they would still look for the reservation from Booking.com but wanted us to be able to freshen up and rest. We were so grateful how quickly they worked for us and truly felt like appreciated guests.

The room was a decent size. It was clean and good smell. Great water pressure on shower. Big bathroom. They allowed late check out and early check it. The pool and hot tub were nice.

Very comfortable beds, clean room, large space. Great continental breakfast!

The room was big, it had a refrigerator, it was clean. Breakfast was good. The location was easy to get to. Plenty of parking. The staff was friendly.
